Impress Remote for Android is one of the coolest features introduced by LibreOffice 4.0. With version 4.0.1, it is compatible with every platform – Linux, MacOS and Windows – and works like a charm.
In order to install and operate the Impress Remote you must first download it from Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.libreoffice.impressremote&hl=en) on your Android smartphone, and then follow a simple procedure, which is described in this wiki page (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Impress/RemoteHowTo) and also in this video:
